Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Welcome to Flairspot!

To maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all users — including content creators, learners, and the broader community — this Acceptable Use Policy outlines what is and is not allowed on the Flairspot platform.

By using Flairspot, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements or policies.

1. General Principles

Flairspot is a platform that empowers educators, creators, and community leaders to share knowledge through structured courses. We aim to foster meaningful learning communities built on trust, respect, and integrity.

To protect this environment, you may not use Tanstan to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Harm, exploit, or deceive others;
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abuse;
  • Infringe on the intellectual property or rights of others;
  • Introduce malicious software or perform unauthorized data scraping;
  • Circumvent payment systems or Tanstan’s revenue share model;
  • Engage in fraudulent or misleading practices.

2. Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from creating, sharing, promoting, or selling any content that:

a. Is Illegal or Promotes Illegal Activity

Including but not limited to:

  • Criminal activities
  • Instructional content on creating or using weapons, explosives, or drugs
  • Content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

b. Is Sexually Explicit or Pornographic

  • No adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material is permitted.
  • Educational content related to health or anatomy must be presented in a non-exploitative and age-appropriate manner.

c. Promotes Hate or Violence

Content must not:

  • Encourage violence or harm toward individuals or groups
  • Include discriminatory or dehumanizing speech based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected attributes

d. Is Misleading or Fraudulent

This includes:

  • Misinformation or conspiracy theories
  • Fraudulent claims or deceptive marketing
  • Fake reviews or testimonials

3. Community Conduct

You must treat other users with respect and professionalism. This includes:

  • No harassment of any kind (verbal, written, or visual)
  • No spamming or solicitation of other users or communities
  • Respect privacy — do not collect or publish personal information of others without explicit permission
  • Use appropriate language and tone in all public and private interactions

4. Platform Integrity and Security

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with Tanstan’s technical systems
  • Bypass any restrictions related to membership access or payments
  • Access or use others' accounts without authorization
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or engage in denial-of-service attacks

5. Monetization and Revenue Rules

  • All subscription payments must be processed through Tanstan’s platform.
  • Instructors are subject to an 11% platform fee on all earnings per payout period.
  • Attempts to circumvent fees, or sharing publicly paid membership accounts on the internet is prohibited.

6. Children and Minors

Tanstan is not intended for users under 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the platform. All content created for minors must be age-appropriate, educational, and comply with child safety laws.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Suspension or termination of accounts
  • Forfeiture of earnings
  • Legal action, where appropriate

Tanstan reserves the right to review and investigate any violations and take appropriate action, at its sole discretion.

8. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this policy, please contact us at abuse@tanstan.com or use the “Report” button on relevant pages. Reports are confidential, and we take them seriously.

9. Updates to This Policy

Tanstan may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
